In order to answer some of the more commonly asked questions (and save the sanity of our DJs), we’ve written this Frequently Asked Questions page. If your question isn’t here, feel free to ask the DJs.

  • How do I listen in to the show?
    When one of our DJs is on the air, there will be a set of links on the main page of the site, right below the flashing ON AIR sign.
  • Which link do I choose to listen in?
    Well, we support all the popular media players, but if you’re unsure which to choose, try the Windows Media Player link. It’s almost guaranteed to work on 99% of the computers out there.
  • How do I request a song?
    Soon as DJ goes on the air, the Request a Song link will show up. BUT, not all DJs take requests! If that’s the case, instead of the Request form, you’ll see a short message explaining why.
  • I requested a song, but you didn’t play it!
    Well, that could be for several reasons, but most likely the DJ didn’t have time. You have to remember, we get TONS of requests every show! And while we TRY to play them all, we just don’t have TIME!
  • I want to be a DJ!
    Great! We’re always interested in adding more DJs to our roster. BUT, we do maintain a HIGH standard here at KJSR.net. So if you’re SERIOUS about wanting to be on the air, fill out our DJ Application
  • When is so-and-such’s show on?
    To make sure you never miss your favorite DJ’s show, chech out the Schedule. If you happen to miss a show, check the Archives.
